Our 2025 Corporate Programme
This programme offers organisations and individuals a unique team-development experience, combining a structured Learn-to-Row course and leadership workshops.
What's Included?
Participants will put forward a crew of 9 individuals (8 rowers and 1 coxswain) who will learn to row as a team, guided by experienced coaches from Curtin University Boat Club.
Participants will also attend four workshops, to build on their practical rowing experiences with key leadership skills that they can apply in the workplace.
Teams and individuals will be positively challenged, learning about themselves and their teams through this unique experience.
At the end of the programme, crews will get the opportunity to race together as a cohesive team against other crews in the Rowing WA Corporate Regatta.

Any organisation - whether a small business, major corporation, government body, or a community group - looking to grow stronger, more connected teams.
When will it run?
Our 2025 Programme will run from the 15th September - 11th October, culminating in the 2025 RWA Corporate Regatta.
Training will run from 5:15am to 7:00am weekdays. If members need to be the water at earlier in order to get to work, CUBC will work with you to make the most of your training sessions.
How Much Does It Cost?
The total cost will be $10,800 (exc GST) per crew
Includes 8 rowers and 1 coxswain
The cost includes the Learn-to-Row Programme, and four workshops led by our Black Swans - a crew of experienced rowers which have proven sucess from international rowing to business leadership.
