Curtin Masters Crew Takes on Masters Nationals
CUBC was proudly represented at the 2025 Australian Masters Rowing Championships by our very own Ronnie, Pam, and Alison. Travelling to Lake Barrington in Tasmania, it was fantastic to see our women’s masters squad on the national stage, continuing to represent the club with pride and passion.
Welcome to the 2025 Rowing Season!
We’re officially back on the water for 2025! With the Pennants season kicking off and Masters training already in full swing, it’s been great to see the shed buzzing again. From returning rowers to brand-new faces, the club is looking strong and ready for another big year - on the water and off it.
Please register by the following dates to ensure you can be entered in races this year!
Masters by 8th March
Pennants by 30th March
Novices by 12th April
With Masters training well underway in preperation for their competitive season begining on the 17th of March with Masters Regatta 1 at Canning Bridge and the Pennants season training starting up this week 19th of Feb we opened the season at our annual sundowner.
It was lovely to see so many faces old and new down to catch up.
After a brief hiatus the season has once again commenced with our first round of learn to row's finishing and the sundowner marking the official start to the season. Welcome back to everyone and we look forward to seeing everyone out on the water for a strong year.
The committee have considered all available information and are committed to keeping the club open for its members, where doing so remains consistent with expert advice.
Para-Rowing provides individuals with a physical, vision or Intellectual impairment the opportunity to be active on and off the water and get involved in a fun and friendly club environment.
With another rowing season drawing to a close, come and celebrate at the Cottesloe Beach Hotel for the Curtin University Boat Club's Annual Dinner. A night to commemorate what has been a very successful year for the club as well as sharing memories, award presentations and speeches.
Join us at Swan River Rowing Club on October 28th for the corporate programs final regatta and to celebrate the effort of all our crews that have been involved in this years program!!
The end of the season is fast approaching and it'd only be fair to celebrate the hard work and effort everyone has put in with you guessed it...a pub crawl!
So wonderful to name the newest addition to our fleet, an Elite Hudson 8, after club legend and life member Greg Haig!
Thank you to everyone for coming down to celebrate!
